This plant targets complex waste gas generated by hydrogen production through refining, cracking and boilers in petrochemical production. It is equipped with a pretreatment system for desulfurization and dehydrocarbonization, and adopts advanced washing, filtering and separation technologies to purify CO2.
The purified CO₂ can be applied in the production of food grade CO2 or the production of other chemical raw materials, achieving dual benefits of waste gas emission reduction and revenue generation through external sales.
This plant is also applicable to CO2 recovery in related industries such as naphtha or methane steam reformers, high-pressure wells, ammonia and urea plants, methanol plants, ethylene oxide plants and bioethanol plants.
