CO₂ Recovery Plant for Flue Gas

This equipment captures CO2 from flue gas discharged after boiler combustion. The gas source may from flue gas of boilers burning diesel, heavy oil, kerosene, natural gas, LPG or LNG.

Overview

This CO2 recovery plant is compatible with multiple types of fuels. For various working conditions, the equipment adopts a series of technologies including washing, desulfurization, absorption and desorption, delivering outstanding capacity to produce high-quality CO2 that meets international food-grade standards.

Suitable for beverage factories, dry ice factories and food processing factories.

This plant can realize independent gas supply with high purity food-grade CO2, no need to purchase external gas sources.

It is also suitable for flue gas capture and purification in industries with CO2-containing industrial waste gas such as thermal power plants, cement plants and steel mills.

Basic process

流程.jpg

After preliminary alkaline washing of flue gas, MEA solution chemically reacts with CO2 in the absorption tower to form rich liquid. The rich liquid is heated by a reboiler and then flows through the desorption tower, where CO2 gas is separated from the MEA solution. Later through compression, adsorption, drying, purification and liquefaction processes, CO2 that meets international standards is obtained.
