This plant can recover CO2 enriched by several chemical process during fermentation. High-purity CO2 is obtained through a series of washing, filtering and separation technologies, which is widely demanded in industries such as soft drinks, carbonated beverages, breweries and dry ice production.
The CO2 produced by this plant meets the international food-grade CO2 standards, and customized design can be carried out according to customers' specific working conditions. Basic process

CO2 generated during fermentation passes through a defoamer to eliminate foam; then flows into a washing unit, where alcohol, aerosols and NOX contained in the gas are washed away for purification.
The purified gas enters an air bag for buffering, and is subsequently compressed by a compressor to reach the required pressure.
Residual impurities and moisture are then removed through activated carbon filters and molecular sieve dryers.
The CO2 undergoes liquefaction in a condenser unit, which consists of a refrigerant condenser and a refrigerant compressor. After that LCO2 is stored in storage tanks.
This process fully recovers potential energy generated during production, and the recovered CO2 can be used for own consumption or sold externally.
