PSA: Generally speaking, the higher the gas pressure, the greater the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent, and vice versa. Therefore, the periodic fluctuation of gas pressure is utilized to conduct adsorption under elevated pressure and desorption under reduced pressure, to realize continuous gas separation.
The complete PSA recovery plant consists of pre-treatment unit, adsorption separation unit, compression and drying unit, and cryogenic liquefaction unit and storage unit. It can be applied to recover carbon-containing waste gas such as factory fermentation waste gas, boiler flue gas, and flue gas from CHP plants.
Leveraging the different adsorption capacity of different gas molecules on the adsorbents, molecular sieves continuously separate CO2 from mixed gases to produce high-purity LCO2 This plant realizes the waste gas utilization, helps cut carbon emissions and reduce raw material procurement costs.
